The PHP Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments and overseeing individualized treatment plans including group, family, and individual therapy. They coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and manage discharge planning to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and possess a valid professional license such as LAPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the mental health field is required.
