Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges, which includes conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. This role involves delivering individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support client recovery and stability.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications require a Master's degree in a related behavioral health field such as social work, counseling, or psychology, along with active state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Preferred qualifications include experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or crisis stabilization setting, particularly experience providing trauma-informed care.
