Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Speech Therapy Department by establishing high clinical standards and promoting evidence-based practice.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing clinical guidance to SLPs, CFs, and SLPAs.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for complex evaluations and treatment planning.
- Ensure consistency of treatment approaches across providers.
Requirements
- Required.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
