Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, including assessments and care planning. Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and support quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Registered Dietitian credential and an active Texas Dietitian license. A bachelor's or master's degree in a nutrition-related field is required.
