• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team.

• Document in Athena EMR.

• Participate in on-call rotation (limited) Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time.

• You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting Use your skills to make an impact Required.
