Key Responsibilities
Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services to older adults within senior living communities. Conduct clinical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate care through wellness check-ins and team collaboration.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their respective therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP). A strong passion for geriatric care and the ability to work collaboratively in a community setting are required.
