Requirements

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.

• Communicate with the Physical Therapist, the patient and/or family and facility staff any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans.

• Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings if asked by the Physical Therapist.

• Participate in in-service training program for other staff in the facility.
