Key Responsibilities

The Employment Counselor provides individualized support and direct assistance to dislocated workers to help them gain or retain employment and advance their careers. This involves implementing recruiting processes, conducting outreach, coordinating services, and counseling participants through customized career pathways to achieve successful placement outcomes.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with case management experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must also have experience in a team-oriented environment and possess reliable transportation for required travel.
