Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist develops and administers treatment programs to facilitate the rehabilitation of communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders, working with patients and families to establish care plans and goals. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing treatment plans based on valid prescriptions, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a current State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist, along with the Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. The role requires applying skills appropriate for all age groups served, from infant to geriatric, and demonstrating professionalism and adherence to organizational mission and values.
