Job DetailsIndiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add a Physical Therapist for Home Health. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is for the Southern Marion, Johnson, and Bartholomew Counties. Position Summary The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) provides skilled physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. This role aligns with physician orders, the individualized plan of care, and guidance from the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. The PT focuses on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function, ensuring their safety and independence within the home setting.

Physical Therapist Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). Current licensure in the state(s) of practice (if applicable). Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, preferred. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a home health setting. Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMR).
