Central City Concern is looking for a SUDs Counselors to be part of an innovative, integrated care model at our Blackburn Center where health, housing, and hope intersect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use counseling

• Support clients through care coordination and case management

• Help clients connect to stable housing, health care, education, and employment

• Collaborate with professionals across disciplines in a whole

Requirements

• Must have one of the following:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred.

• R preferred. To meet the credential requirements of QMHA

• R, must be registered with appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHA

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $40.39/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
