About the Role

Join Central City Concern as a SUDs Counselor - Outpatient in United States. Join the Movement and make an impact at Central City Concern Are you passionate about recovery, equity, and real change? Central City Concern is looking for a SUDs Counselors to be part of an innovative, integrated care model at our Blackburn Center where health, housing, and hope intersect.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group substance use counseling

Support clients through care coordination and case management

Help clients connect to stable housing, health care, education, and employment

Collaborate with professionals across disciplines in a whole

Requirements

Must have one of the following:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred.

R preferred. To meet the credential requirements of QMHA

R, must be registered with appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHA

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $40.39/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
