Central City Concern is looking for a SUDs Counselors to be part of an innovative, integrated care model at our Blackburn Center where health, housing, and hope intersect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use counseling.

• Support clients through care coordination and case management.

• Help clients connect to stable housing, health care, education, and employment.

• Collaborate with professionals across disciplines in a whole-person care model.

Requirements

• Must have one of the following:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred.

• QMHA-R preferred. To meet the credential requirements of QMHA-R, must be registered with appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHA-R requirements.

• Bilingual Spanish speaking language preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $27.62 - $40.39/hr.

• 20 days PTO.

• Full-Time position.
