Position Summary
Responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment of inpatients and/or outpatients with a wide variety of diagnoses utilizing specialized modalities and techniques in accordance with the Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Tenet, and Therapy Department Policies and Procedures.
Collaborates with inter-disciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. These services include structured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment for inpatients and/or outpatients with various diagnoses using specialized modalities and techniques. This includes collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient care through structured treatment, program implementation, documentation, and communication.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree or DPT in Physical Therapy, hold a current California P.T. License, and have current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers. A minimum of six months of recent Physical Therapy experience is preferred.
