Join FeldCare Connects as a Physical Therapist – Home Health, Flexible Schedule in Littlerock, CA, United States. FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Littlerock and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality home healthcare services to patients of all ages by assessing conditions and developing personalized plans of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while maintaining accurate documentation through an electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy. Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and reliable personal transportation are required.
