Rancho Family Medical Group/ Rancho Behavioral Health is a group of trusted, well-established healthcare providers in Southern California, committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our services span Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health/OB-GYN, allowing us to support patients through every stage of life with compassion and excellence.

We are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMFTs, LPCCs, & LCSWs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives by providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care.

Essential Job Duties: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Provide individual therapy for adults and/or couples through a secure telehealth platform, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model that includes in-person services.
• Collaborate closely with the behavioral health team and primary care providers to ensure holistic, integrated care. This includes participating in shared care planning, coordinating treatment goals, exchanging relevant clinical insights, and supporting whole person care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements to ensure continuity of care and effective interdisciplinary communication.
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings to strengthen team connection, engage in collaborative case consultations, and stay informed on organizational updates, fostering a cohesive and well-aligned care environment.

Required Education and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Minimum Education Required

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent— eligible to practice independently without supervision and free of disciplinary history.
• Master’s degree in a clinical field (e. g., MFT, MSW, MC, MMHC)

Minimum Experience Required

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT, with a strong commitment to clinical best practices including measurement-based care and skills development.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required

• Skilled in risk assessment and crisis intervention, with the ability to respond effectively to urgent clinical situations.
• Capable and Comfortable providing therapy through virtual platforms and keeping thorough records in electronic systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Additional Information

• Full-time/Part-time: Full time, W2 Employee.
• Ability to manage and sustain a full caseload of 25 billable client hours per week.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of approximately 25 client sessions weekly to meet productivity expectations.
• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, with the autonomy to create a work schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance while meeting caseload requirements.
• Competitive Rates: $75–$100 per hour.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement with 401(k) matching. Eligibility is based on hours worked.
• Time Off: Three weeks per year (two personal, one sick), plus applicable company holidays.
• 100% Virtual to Start with Hybrid Potential: The program will begin fully virtual, with the goal of transitioning to a hybrid model. When that happens, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with clients and colleagues in person!
