Provide individual therapy for adults and/or couples through a secure telehealth platform, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model that includes in

person services.

Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory

Actively participate in weekly team meetings to strengthen team connection, engage in collaborative case consultations, and stay informed on organizational updates, fostering a cohesive and well

aligned care environment. Required education and experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Minimum Education required:

Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent— eligible to practice independently without supervision and free of disciplinary history.

Master’s degree in a clinical field (e. g., MFT, MSW, MC, MMHC) Minimum Experience Required:
