Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will lead a team of clinicians to provide exceptional patient care while fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture. They will also act as an equity partner, overseeing clinic operations, team development, and community relationship building.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a current or eligible physical therapist license in Virginia. A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience is required, with a preference for outpatient orthopedic experience and prior leadership background.
