The Registered Dietitian will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and provide counseling for elderly participants within the PACE program. They will also oversee the dining program, manage menu planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) eligible to practice in Kentucky with at least one year of clinical nutrition experience in a geriatric setting. A valid driver's license, successful background check, and medical clearance for immunizations are also required.
