Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement skilled therapeutic treatment plans for a diverse patient population. They are responsible for providing direct therapy, documenting progress in electronic medical records, and supervising physical therapy assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice and hold or obtain BLS Basic Life Support certification. Two years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred.
