Job Description
Regional Occupational Care Center – Requisition #2613

Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
- Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
- Deliver high-quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician
Requirements & Skills
- Board Certified
- A Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus!
- DOT Medical Certification preferred or be willing to obtain
- Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills

Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a valid Indiana license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are required, with preference given to those with occupational medicine experience and DOT certification.
