The therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. They will provide evidence-based individual and group therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive client outcomes.
A Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to maintain regulatory and ethical documentation standards.
