Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education to patients within an acute inpatient setting. They work collaboratively with other rehabilitation disciplines to deliver patient-centered care according to established policies and regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy school and hold a current or pending California Occupational Therapy license. A current BLS certificate from the American Heart Association is required, and at least 2 years of acute care experience is preferred.
