Key Responsibilities

• Performa patient assessment, establish plan of care and prepares discharge plans.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.

• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that patients can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles.

Requirements

• Required: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Required: 2 years of professional working experience in hospital setting.

• Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement.

• Required: Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
