Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. They integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice to ensure optimal patient recovery outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and possess a current state license. A current BLS certification is required, and two years of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
