Key Responsibilities

Assess clients for adaptations and special equipment while implementing therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognitive, and self-care skills. Provide guidance and support to clients' families to help them foster therapeutic behaviors and practices at home.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois and have passed the NBCOT certification.
