Perform occupational therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and provide clinical oversight to support personnel in various community-based settings.
Must be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program with a current unrestricted California Occupational Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification. Minimum one year of clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or geriatric care is preferred.
