Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services across various community-based settings to improve patient function, safety, and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment goals and provide clinical oversight to support personnel.
Must be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program with a current unrestricted California Occupational Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification. Minimum one year of clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or geriatric care is preferred.
