Key Responsibilities

• The APP shall make a chart note for every patient for whom the APP performs any act defined as the practice of medicine in § 12

• 106(1), C. R. S. When an APP consults with any physician about a patient, the APP shall document in the chart note the name of the physician consulted and the date of the consultation

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a physician assistant training program accredited by the ARC

• PA. OR Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and successful passing of a national licensing examination and/or the National Commission on Certification of Family Nurse Practitioners

• Experience: 2 years of experience as an APP in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care

• The APP shall make a chart note for every patient for whom the APP performs any act defined as the practice of medicine in § 12

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $53 - $64/hr
