Join Gunnison Valley Health as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – $53-$64/hr, PRN in [object Object]. Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) PRN Share your talents in providing compassionate and high quality care to patients at the Urgent Care Clinic. Key Responsibilities
- The APP shall make a chart note for every patient for whom the APP performs any act defined as the practice of medicine in § 12
- 106(1), C. R. S. When an APP consults with any physician about a patient, the APP shall document in the chart note the name of the physician consulted and the date of the consultation
- Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility and ownership for the outcome of all actions and decisions.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of a physician assistant training program accredited by the ARC
- PA. OR Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and successful passing of a national licensing examination and/or the National Commission on Certification of Family Nurse Practitioners
- Experience: 2 years of experience as an APP in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
- The APP shall make a chart note for every patient for whom the APP performs any act defined as the practice of medicine in § 12
