Key Responsibilities

• Provide patients with orientation regarding objectives of the program, phase system

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing

• Ability to travel 100% to designated sites which includes overnight travel as well

• Tier 1 Counselor (min requirements for consideration)

• High School Diploma / GED
