Job Description
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP) at Texas Spine & Joint Hospital in Tyler, Texas. The NP/PA will be working at the Longview Clinic. Strong internal medicine background required.
The PA/NP will act under the authority and supervision of the attending physician and in accordance with all regulations, hospital policy, protocols and clinical pathways.
Must hold a current Texas advance practice nursing license or physician assistant license, current BLS and ACLS certification or the ability to obtain these within 90 days upon hire. The PA/NP applicant will have a minimum 1-year recent hospital and/or urgent care experience. Minimum 2-years' experience preferred. The individual will be able to select which day of the week to work.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide clinical care at the Longview Clinic under the supervision of an attending physician. They are responsible for adhering to hospital policies, clinical pathways, and regulatory standards while managing patient care.
