Physical Therapist (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates, assesses, and treats PACE participants with musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized care plans. They serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team to coordinate care and provide education to participants, caregivers, and staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current California PT license. At least one year of experience is required, along with bilingual proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin and experience working with the elderly.
