Key Responsibilities

• Conduct substance abuse assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all services, assessments, and referrals.

Requirements

• Licensure or certification as required by Indiana state regulations.

• Credentialing under DMHA as one of the following:

• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, Psychologist, Physician, APRN

• Or nationally recognized addiction counseling credentials (e. g., LAC, CADAC II
