Per Diem Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates patient conditions and develops customized rehabilitation plans to restore movement and functional ability. They also provide direct therapy treatments, document progress, and train patients and caregivers on functional daily activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license and BLS certification. Experience with infant, pediatric, and adolescent units is encouraged for specific assignments.
