Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will assist hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, history and physical examinations, and follow-up visits. They are responsible for initiating treatment and testing for medical illnesses while documenting care within the EMR system.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program with an active Texas license and ACLS certification. A minimum of 2 years of NP or RN experience in ICU or CVICU settings is required.
