Intensive In-Home Therapist - Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader provides individual and family therapy while coordinating clinical assessments and person-centered planning for clients. They also supervise team members, manage crisis interventions, and ensure effective implementation of behavioral support plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a clinical license (LCMHC/LCSW) in North Carolina and possess at least one year of documented experience with the child and adolescent mental health population. Applicants must also pass a pre-employment drug screening and have no substantiated findings of abuse or neglect on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry.
