The Behavioral Health Service Line Development Manager will design and implement the strategic roadmap for launching and scaling new behavioral health service lines across multiple states. They will also manage operational infrastructure, oversee insurance vendorization, and lead the recruitment of clinical teams to ensure successful service expansion.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess 3–5 years of progressive operational and clinical leadership experience. A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required for this role.
