Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatology Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive on-site dermatologic care within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dermatology consultations and evaluations for SNF/LTC residents
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions, including skin cancers
  • Perform dermatologic procedures within scope, including biopsies and lesion removal
  • Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff
  • Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation in EMR systems
  • Participate in quality improvement and survey-readiness initiatives

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency
  • Active New York State medical license
  • DEA registration
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
  • Experience in SNF/LTC preferred
