The Nurse Navigator provides individualized support to pediatric hematology/oncology patients and families to ensure a seamless and coordinated care journey. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care, facilitate shared decision-making, and advocate for positive clinical outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid California RN license and BLS certification. A minimum of three years of pediatric hematology/oncology experience and APHON or ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider certification are required.
