Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing intensive casework, assessment, intervention, and referral services to patients and their families. Acts as a liaison to other services along the continuum of care and community support services.
Requirements
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and a valid LMSW license in the State of New York. Acute social work experience is preferred along with strong crisis intervention skills.
