The Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive inpatient care for reconstructive plastic surgery patients, managing complex post-operative cases, including wound care, drain management, and complication surveillance. Key duties involve coordinating transitions of care, performing bedside procedures, supervising the inpatient service, and serving as a clinical resource for staff.
Candidates must possess a Master of Nursing Degree and be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Required experience includes proven inpatient and surgery experience, preferably in plastic surgery, alongside active CA RN, NP, Furnishing, DEA, ACLS, and PALS licenses/certifications.
