The physician will provide direct primary care to patients within a medical home model and oversee clinical operations at an assigned clinic. They are also responsible for participating in quality improvement activities and mentoring clinical support staff.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree and be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. A clear Florida medical license and DEA license are required, with a preference for three years of prior clinical experience.
