About the Role

Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Experience in primary care, family practice, or related clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
