Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They provide direct support to clients, document clinical records, and collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate interventions and education groups.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience working with substance abuse or mental health issues. A valid, clean driving record for five years and current CPR/First Aid certification are required.
