Key Responsibilities

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patient’s specific needs Assesses data reflective of the patient’s status and appropriately interprets information relative to the patient’s needs.

Initiates and documents appropriate interactions with patients and consulting physicians.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Work with Arizona Center for Cancer Care in Surprise, Arizona.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program, holding necessary certifications including Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). A minimum of 2 years of oncology experience as an NP is required, along with computer proficiency in EMR systems.
