Position Summary
The individual provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients including, but not limited to, oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing and proper documentation of patient medication therapy. Also, provides drug information, patient information and oversight of information and dispensing systems and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. May also advise physicians on medication utilization.

Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including the oversight, preparation, and dispensing of patient medication therapy. They ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while advising physicians on medication utilization.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and hold a current pharmacist license in the state of Arizona. While one year of acute care experience and board certification are preferred, new graduates will be considered.
