Pharmacist - ER 7on/7off

Key Responsibilities

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care services, including oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy. This role also involves providing drug information, patient information, and ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharm. D. or BS in Pharmacy and hold a current registered pharmacist license in the State of Florida. Hospital experience is preferred, and required certifications include BLS within 30 days of hire, with ACLS and/or PALS required if code attendance is mandatory.
