Key Responsibilities
The clinician will provide evidence-based behavioral health treatment to pediatric patients within a primary care setting using the Collaborative Care Model. Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in Tennessee such as LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT. At least one year of experience in pediatric behavioral health treatment and a commitment to multidisciplinary team-based care are required.
