Position Snapshot
Love clinical work but want flexibility in how much you take on? We’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our Garner Clinic on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to stay sharp and make an impact without a full-time commitment, whether you’re balancing another position, family responsibilities, or simply want more control over your schedule.
As a PRN BCBA, you’ll step in where you’re needed most: covering caseloads, conducting assessments, supporting treatment plan updates, and supervising RBTs. You’ll still drive meaningful outcomes, build hands-on connections with clients and families, and uphold the same high standards of treatment fidelity and documentation as the rest of our clinical team.
Perks & Benefits
How PRN works at Triangle ABA:
Flexible scheduling: You’ll share your availability in advance, and we’ll match you with assignments that fit. Hours vary based on clinic needs and client schedules.
Minimum commitment: We ask for 15 hours or less to maintain continuity of care for clients and support for RBTs.
No guaranteed hours: PRN hours fluctuate with caseload demand and are not guaranteed week to week.
Hourly pay: You’re paid for all time worked, including sessions, supervision, documentation, and caregiver meetings.
Path to more: PRN team members are welcome to apply for part-time or full-time openings as they become available.
Available to All Employees, Including PRN
- Career Development: Grow into advanced roles with mentorship and continued learning.
- Clinician-Led Team: Get the support you deserve from professionals who understand your role.
- Professional Environment: Collaborative, positive, and mission-driven culture.
- 401(k) retirement plan — [confirm eligibility rules for PRN/part-time staff]
- Employee Discount Program (BenefitHub) — discounts/cash back on travel, auto, electronics, entertainment, and more
- Clever RX Prescription Discount Program — up to 80% off prescriptions at 80,000+ pharmacies
PRN positions are not eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid holidays, PTO, or paid sick leave, which are reserved for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.

What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
