Key Responsibilities

The Physician Program Director focuses on establishing formal Impella programs by developing sustainable relationships with account stakeholders and key opinion leaders in hemodynamic support. This role involves engaging experts, representing the company, and collaborating with hospitals to implement best practices and improve program efficiencies.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) and significant sales experience, either 4+ years at Abiomed or over 7 years in related industry sales, along with proven experience managing Key Opinion Leaders and interacting with C-Suite hospital administrators. Extensive overnight travel (up to 70%) is required.
