About the Role

Join Pinnacle Treatment Brand as a Associate Counselor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with the clinical team in decision
  • making process involving patients to include attending all clinical meetings.
  • Assess the counseling needs of the patient.
  • Assess the patient for addictive substance use disorders utilizing the ASAM assessment tool within the biopsychosocial assessment.

Requirements

  • for credentialing purposes in pursuit of full independent certification and/or licensure or is working to maintain current certification, where applicable.
  • You will oversee aspects of a patient’s treatment with appropriate scope of practice.
  • This includes coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of patients while under supervision.
  • You will also promote performance improvement and service delivery by conducting individual and group sessions directed towards addressing the causes and effects of the patient’s addiction.
