Join Upstream Rehabilitation as a Pelvic/Ortho Physical Therapist – Sign-On Bonus, Loan Repayment in Clarksville, Tennessee, United States.

Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT, MPT, or equivalent degree. Requires an active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license and experience with pelvic floor evaluation and treatment.
